This is a restorative sound bath for up to 8 people, held in a light, welcoming yoga studio in Elgin town centre. I work with Crystal singing bowls to create sound vibrations that calm the nervous system, gently guiding you into a deeply relaxed or meditative state.
Crystal Tones sound bowls are beneficial for your well-being due to their unique vibrational qualities. Made from pure quartz crystal and infused with various gemstones and minerals, these bowls produce rich, harmonic tones that resonate deeply with the body and it's energy field.
