Join me for a relaxing evening of soothing sounds in a cosy inviting space. I'm teaming up with Beinn Books to offer an evening sound bath session followed with a warming cup of tea and time to chat with fellow sound bath participants, or find a quite corner to peruse the wonderful books available.

Please note - Sound therapy is gentle and suitable for most people. But if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy, have epilepsy triggered by sound, a pace maker or cochlear implants fitted it isn't recommended. Please get in touch if you have any questions.
